Hi all, My hair has suddenly become really quite frizzy. It's been cut a couple weeks ago so shouldn't be due to needing a cut or anything. I have a few highlights running through but I don't heavily colour my hair anymore. Any suggestions on what to try please? Thank you 😊

Hi all 👋🏼
With the weather getting better I'm planning to get stocked up on Sun lotions. I have been known to suffer with prickly heat rashes and I have been told that can be due to using certain lotions.
Can anyone else who can be prone to this give any recommendations for best sun protection lotions/sprays etc while avoiding the awful prickly heat symptoms ?
